Exchanges and Returns will only be accepted within a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the merchandise. The date of receipt is considered to be the date informed by the Post Office, even if the receipt was made by third parties such as doormen, receptionists, family members, etc.

Cases of shipping error or manufacturing defect must be reported within the same period, in which case the exchange shipping will be borne by us.


The delivery time for products in Brazil varies from 2 to 4 weeks after dispatch, depending on each region of the country. The product is dispatched within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Due to delays caused by the pandemic, the delivery time may be extended up to 60 working days.

We are not responsible for delays in deliveries as shipping is done via the post office and the delivery of the products is their sole responsibility. It is our responsibility to immediately dispatch the product and also provide a full refund if the post office does not deliver within a maximum period of 90 days, and to exchange any product that is defective due to poor handling during transport.

Sometimes the product remains at Customs in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro due to Federal Revenue inspection. They check all packages that enter Brazil, which causes delays due to high demand, which may result in delays in deliveries. But don't worry, your product will arrive at your address.
